This is one tight-knit community celebrating life’s richness. Dad brought us to Yakima in 1962 where the inspiration behind his cherry trees across 40 acres of Ahtanum Ridge provided an opportunity for my brothers and I to do an honest days’ work. That’s the goodness you witness here.
I later founded Wilkinson in 1991, a multifamily investing company, and since then I’m proud to report every multifamily investor has experienced return of all capital plus strong earnings on every full-cycle multifamily fund1.
